Cancellation Policy
Before booking an appointment, please review the Client Service Agreement below. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms: Consultation & Service Expectations: A thorough consultation will be conducted before your service begins. The stylist will provide professional recommendations based on your hair type and history. Results may vary based on hair condition, previous treatments, and other factors. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the booked service. By booking an appointment, you authorize Jon Loren Haigwood, Creative Native, LLC to charge the card on file for late cancellations or missed appointments. Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any completed services. Clients must address any concerns during the appointment. No corrections will be offered after the service is completed, unless agreed upon. If services are altered by another salon, Jon Loren Haigwood, Creative Native, LLC, and Studio 900 are not responsible for dissatisfaction or damage. Post-Service Care & Liability: Aftercare instructions will be provided, and the client is responsible for following them. The stylist is not responsible for adverse effects caused by improper aftercare. Chemical services involve risks (e.g., allergic reactions, breakage). By booking, you acknowledge these risks. No Negative Comments or Defamation Agreement: The client agrees not to post negative reviews or defamatory statements about the services provided on social media or review sites (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google). Any concerns must be addressed directly with Jon L. Haigwood before posting publicly. Violation of this clause may result in legal action, and the client agrees to cover all related legal costs. Waiver of Liability: By booking, you agree to release Jon Loren Haigwood, Creative Native, LLC, and Studio 900 from any liability related to your service, except in cases of gross negligence. Services are performed at your own risk. Agreement for Future Services: This agreement applies to all current and future appointments with Jon Loren Haigwood at Studio 900.
