Cancellation Policy
Client Service Agreement – Jon Loren Haigwood, Creative Native, LLC, and Studio 900 Salon, By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms: Consultation & Service Expectations: A thorough consultation will be conducted before service begins to discuss your goals and recommendations. Hair color and beauty services vary based on hair type and history. The stylist will use professional judgment to achieve the best results. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the booked service. By booking, you authorize Jon Loren Haigwood, Creative Native, LLC, to charge the card on file for these fees. Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services. Any concerns must be addressed during the appointment, as no corrections will be offered afterward unless agreed upon. If services are altered by another salon, neither Jon Loren Haigwood, Creative Native, LLC, nor Studio 900 is responsible for dissatisfaction or damage. Post-Service Care & Liability: Aftercare instructions will be provided, and the client is responsible for following them. The stylist is not liable for adverse effects caused by improper aftercare. Chemical services (e.g., color, lightening, perming) carry risks such as allergic reactions or breakage. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. No Negative Comments or Defamation Agreement: Clients agree not to post negative, defamatory, or misleading statements about services received on social media or review sites (e.g., Facebook, Yelp, Google). Any concerns must be addressed directly with Jon Loren Haigwood before posting publicly. Violating this clause may result in legal action, and the client agrees to cover all legal costs. Waiver of Liability: By booking, you release Jon Loren Haigwood, Creative Native, LLC, and Studio 900 from any liability related to your service, except in cases of gross negligence. Services are performed at your own risk. Agreement for Future Services: This agreement applies to all current and future appointments. By booking, you agree to these terms for all future services unless otherwise specified in writing.
